Roasted Asparagus with Black Truffle Salt

Ingredients:

  • Asparagus
  • Olive oil or Pure Wild's black or white truffle olive oil
  • Pure Wild's black truffle salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
  2. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on your pan
  3. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil or Pure Wild's truffle oil
  4. Sprinkle black truffle salt and pepper over the asparagus
  5. Roast your asparagus for 10 minutes or until ready

Just before serving your asparagus, sprinkle additional truffle salt that will bring a touch of luxury to a simple vegetable dish.
